  This company has been far from professional. They filed collection on an issue from 20 years ago and just now decided to reach out. I received a judgement for garnishment without ever being served papers or anything else. I had no proof that the issue had been taken care of 20 years ago and didn't know what else to do. After trying to work things out and attempting to communicate by calling them multiple times and leaving messages, the person in charge of the account (Jennifer Wilkinson) did not reply back and said I was the one who broke off communication. I even have a copy of email responses where I had sent two previous emails without a response and when I sent another saying I haven't heard back from her, she responds saying this is the first time she has seen a response. I have put the email below and if it was the first time that she has seen a message then why was she replying about a previous message that she hasn't seen? "Hello Jennifer, I replied back to you twice regarding this matter and still haven't heard back in over a week. I made efforts to keep communication open in the past and pay what I owe. After attempting to communicate again, my efforts are not getting a response. I never failed to communicate with you the first time and have been trying to communicate again. The communication has never broken down on my end." Marc Here was her response....... "First of all, let me say that today is the first time I've seen your message asking if you could apply $300 monthly to your account as opposed to the $200 that is already in agreement. Of course, you are welcome to pay any amount you desire on your account. Obviously, the more you are willing and able to pay, the faster the account will be paid off. As I've stated previously, as long you are in communication with our office, we are more then happy to work with you! I can not explain why there was no response any earlier than today to your email except that today is the first time I have read it. For any lag on my end, I apologize. If there is anything else I can do, as always, feel free to contact me. Have a great weekend, Jennifer Wilkinson "
