  My experience at this legal group was bar to none! I was so pleased with the attention to detail and overall productivity of the staff. If I had questions, they were prompt and accurate in their responses. They made this potentially devastating situation one that provided me with a sense of comfort and security knowing that I had a team behind me. Based on my experience alone I would highly recommend this wonderful group of people to anyone.

  I have endless gratitude for the work of the good folks at Patterson Legal Group. After an auto accident which left me partially paralyzed, Gary and his staff took on the complex task of tracking medical bills, performing an accident investigation, and seeing to the demands of health and auto insurance companies. My wife and I were completely occupied with hospital life, the therapy process, and the many visits by family and friends. I can't imagine what it would have been like to have to manage the complex legal and medical expense details at the same time that I was navigating a life-changing injury. Every interaction with the staff at Patterson Legal Group was characterized by competence and kindness. My wife and I felt genuine care on the part of the staff. This, even more than the fair settlement that we received, meant the world to us in a very challenging time. I couldn't more highly recommend this bunch of dedicated human beings...

  I called on a Tuesday, was told to expect a call later that afternoon or next day. No call, so I called back Thursday there was no record of my previous call. Someone did take my info for the second time. As I explained to her that I didn't want to deal with a big corporation on my own in fear of being rail roaded, she proceeded to say "well that doesn't always happen". That really wasn't the right time for her to state her opinion. I waited all day Thursday again no call back. I called back Friday morning and was told they could not help me. I thought no case was to small? UPDATE: no less than an hour after I left this review Tyler Patterson called me and apologized and let me know that if I ever need any help they would be willing to help. That really showed a lot of professionalism and class. I appreciated that call it makes a big difference. Thank you Mr. Patterson.
