- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The Foundation House / Forward March/ Evercare L L C Charles and Kelly Everson . They don't pay their bills and have been removed from 3401 Seward do not trust them. And the VA has suspended them from referrals of Veterans because of misconduct by the operator Charles and Kelly Everson . This is not my opinion only but documented fact. I am the founder of the foundation house and the road that is taken with the Everson's as operators astounds me . And I apologize putting our trust with our Veterans and our facility in the hands of such deplorable and unconscionable people like Charles and Kelly Everson. And I promise you that this facility will be back in good standing with the Veterans Administration in a short time and will be providing services that are much needed with compassion .
